These men are shepherds and cheese makers that live on Mangrt Mountain in Slovenia. The land they live on has been a sheep-farming region for five centuries, and the method they use to make cheese is hundreds of years old.
Brijuni National Park, Croatia
The Brijuni or the Brijuni Islands are a group of fourteen small islands in the Croatian part of the northern Adriatic Sea. This photo was taken in the national park, which has bike trails that allow you to explore the Roman ruins and gorgeous coast.

He has only allowed a few people in his shop. This photo was made in November 2017. I wandered into his shop, and he agreed to let me make this photograph.
